
Wow, a local place made it into MSN’s rankings!
(Yes, they are donuts. Yes, they are square. And yes, they are about the best donuts I’ve ever had.)

Square Donuts
In 1967 Richard Comer broke from years of geometric restraint and the first square doughnut was born. The shop was originally called Tasty Crème Donuts, but I’m assuming after years of people referring to his shop as, “The place with the square doughnuts,” he finally caved and changed the name. Square Donut now serves upwards of 600 doughnuts a day to loyal Midwesterners and has opened a handful of additional branches around Indiana.
